Moss and Mold Treatment

Chemical soft washing
When a more delicate approach is required, we use a soft washing method combined with specially selected, surface safe cleaning solutions to remove dirt, grime, and built-up residue.
Our drones apply the solution in a gentle, even mist, allowing it time to break down contaminants before everything is rinsed away with clean water and in cases where glass is involved, we will rinse through our DI filtration system per our pressure wash. Using the DI filtered water, this means once the chem is rinsed, it leaves a spot-free finish.
Thanks to the precision and reach of our drone, we can access difficult areas such as awkward angles and under soffits that typical methods cant always access.
Pressure Washing
For those stubborn surfaces which need specific spot cleaning, or window and façade cleaning, we use a pure water pressure wash that’s both precise and powerful.
With the use of our on-board water, or your site water supply, we run it through our advanced DI system with real time particle monitoring, filtering out every impurity. This ultra-pure water is then applied by drone using high-pressure spray and select nozzles which are chosen for each job depending on the surface requirements.
Filtered to 0 parts per million, the water contains no minerals or impurities — the usual cause of streaks and spotting. It evaporates quickly, Leaving glass and building surfaces perfectly clean with a clear, spot-free finish.
The pressure breaks down grease, grime, and stubborn dirt with ease, all without relying on harsh chemicals.
